Returns Window
We offer a 60-day return window for eligible Spicy Dubai products. Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your order.
To start your return, email info@spicydubai.com.
Approved items must be shipped back and in transit within 14 days of receiving the return confirmation for a refund to be processed.
Important Notes on Returns
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
Returned items must include all original packaging, instructions, and tags, in unworn and unwashed condition and without damage or excessive wear. Missing or damaged components or signs of wear may result in a deduction from your refund or outright rejection.
All returns are inspected upon receipt for compliance with this policy, particularly hygiene standards.
Processing Time
Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your provider.
Shipping fees and any coverage costs are non-refundable.
Special Conditions
Intimate Items: Due to hygiene reasons, hosiery, panties, and intimate accessories that have been opened, worn, or used are not eligible for return. Only unopened items in original packaging with the hygiene seal intact qualify.
Limited Warranty (Manufacturing Defects)
All Spicy Dubai purchases made directly from spicydubai.com or authorized retailers are covered by a 60-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (e.g., seams separating, hardware breaking under normal wear).
To file a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and contact info@spicydubai.com for assistance.
Delivered but Not Received
If your order is marked delivered by the carrier but not received, the order is non-refundable. However, we will replace the product once you confirm a secure shipping address and agree to signature confirmation to prevent further issues.
Exclusions to the Warranty
The warranty does not apply to:
Damage caused by misuse, rough handling, improper washing, or abuse (e.g., snagging, tearing).
Normal wear and tear (e.g., pilling, fading).
Service, modification, or repair by anyone not authorized by Spicy Dubai.
Accidental or intentional damage.
Any transfer or assignment of ownership to a third party.
If a product has been discontinued, Spicy Dubai may replace it with the most comparable style still in production or offer store credit. In case of any dispute, Spicy Dubai reserves the right of final decision.
